Motivational story of Sanjay Sen

A few days back when I was scrolling through Facebook, I saw a beautiful quote shared by one of my friends. Which is
  -

“A good teacher is like a candle -  It consumes itself to light the way for others” - Unknown

There is no denial of the impact of a teacher in our life. There are some teachers, who, himself having their challenges continuing their great work of creating the future of a nation. Today we will discuss one such story of a teacher. His name is Mr. Sanjay Sen.

Sanjay Sen is a teacher of a Government school in a small village in Rajasthan(India). For more than 13 years he was teaching there. He is one of the most loved and respected teachers of the school. But being Physically challenged from birth, Mr. Sen had to face a lot of challenges in terms of mobility. But this disability was not able to restrict him from following his passion for teaching. Mr. Sen is currently associated with the Government project called Siksha Sambal, which mainly operates in the state of Rajasthan. The main focus of this project is to teach Science, English, and Mathematics to the students of underdeveloped rural areas.

Although there is no lack of commitment from Mr. Sen, being differently-abled he had to struggle in his job every day, due to a lack of infrastructure in the school, such as wheelchairs. Once the story of Mr. Sanjay Sen was brought to the limelight by a Twitter user; there are few associations, that came across to help Mr. Sen. When this story reached Anand Mahindra (chairman of Mahindra group), he also came forward to help Mr. Sen and presented him a custom-made bike, that helped him in his day to day travel to school.

In today’s age, when we get depressed by the challenges of our lives, stories such as this showed us that how people are achieving the impossible by sheer determination and passion. We all salute Mr. Sanjay Sen for his hard work and passion and wish him good health so that he can keep doing such a marvelous job.
